DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
DELIVERY
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure that your registered email address is accurate to receive updates.
SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)
At FAKING IT, we operate on a no refund and no return policy.
Only size exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
To request a size exchange, email us at hi@fakingit.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
EXCHANGE FEE
A nominal fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all exchange requests.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Once your exchange query has been accepted, you will receive a notification email. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 24-48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts. If pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
Please note: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pin code.
QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING
Once we receive your order at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes inspection, your exchange will be processed.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
The product shows signs of wear.
The product is missing tags or dust bags.
The product is damaged.
EXCHANGE TIMELINE
The estimated delivery time for size exchange orders is 7-10 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. We do not accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
In the event of a declined COD package, any prepaid amount applied will not be refundable.
SALE PURCHASE POLICY
All items purchased during sale periods are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Applies to all discounted products.
No size, color, or style changes will be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued for sale items.
Please review product details, size, and color carefully before making a purchase during sale periods.
Note: Delivery for sale items may take up to 15 days.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED
If you receive a defective or incorrect article, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email: hi@fakingit.in with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
If your claim is valid, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
Replacement of the defective or incorrect article.
Store credit for the affected article.
Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
